“A photographer..”, according to Bill Brandt, “is able to capture a moment that people can’t see.”

Brandt was one of my inspirations when the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre approached me to present a series of Hong Kong pictures for permanent exhibition at their centre on 38 th floor of Exchange Square 2. I chose the theme of the ‘Wu Xing’, or five Chinese elements . Here is a selection of the eleven framed photographs currently on display:
